Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit — such as whether you have accepted a cookie notice — so you do not have to provide the same information again on your next visit.

Cookies do not typically identify you as an individual. They identify your device and browser. Most cookies can be cleared or blocked through your browser settings.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our website are set by third-party services we use. These include:

  • Google Analytics — for aggregated website usage statistics, if analytics cookies are accepted.
  • Google Maps — if you interact with the embedded map on our contact page.

Third-party services operate their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies for information on how they handle data.

4. Cookie Duration

Cookies are either session cookies or persistent cookies:

  • Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for temporary state during a single visit.
  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device until their expiry date or until you delete them. Our cookie consent record, for example, is stored as a persistent cookie so you are not shown the notice on every visit. Duration: up to twelve months.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time using the controls below. Your choices are saved to your browser and will be applied on future visits.

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can control and delete cookies directly through your browser settings. Each browser handles this differently. Select your browser below for specific instructions.

Open Chrome and go to Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. From there you can block third-party cookies, clear existing cookies or set exceptions for specific sites. To delete cookies from a single site, visit the site, click the padlock in the address bar, then select Cookies.

Open Firefox and go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. You can manage cookie blocking levels (Standard, Strict or Custom), clear stored cookies and set exceptions. Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection is enabled by default and blocks many third-party tracking cookies automatically.

On a Mac, go to Safari → Settings → Privacy. You can block all cookies or prevent cross-site tracking. To clear existing cookies, go to Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security.

Open Edge and go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data. You can set the tracking prevention level (Basic, Balanced or Strict), clear cookies and manage exceptions. Balanced mode is the default and blocks known harmful trackers while allowing most sites to function normally.

Note: Blocking or deleting cookies may affect the functionality of our website and other websites you visit. Essential cookies will be set again on your next visit as they are required for the site to work.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time using the preference controls on this page. Withdrawal of consent does not affect anything that occurred before withdrawal.

You also have the right to request information about the personal data that cookies may have contributed to. To do so, please contact us at [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using our website, though some features may work differently.
