← Back to Home— Our methodology
How we approach brand work in B2B contexts.
Every engagement begins with reading — your website, your documents, your sales materials, your proposals. We read as a new client might, not as someone who already knows what your company does. This gives us a position to report from that is as close as possible to the one your market occupies.
The output of that reading is a specific, written document. Not a workshop, not a presentation, not a strategy deck. A document that describes what we found, what it means and where the gaps are. Everything we produce is written to be used, not filed.
Initial context call
We learn about your company, your market and what you are trying to achieve. This shapes how we approach the work.
Material review
We read the materials relevant to the engagement — website, decks, proposals, emails, or existing brand documents.
Written output
We produce the agreed document. For audits, a findings report and leadership note. For tone of voice, the complete guide.
Handover and questions
We walk through the document together and answer questions about the findings. The engagement closes cleanly.
— Service 01
Brand Audit
3 weeks · S$580 · One-off assignment
A three-week review of how your company currently presents itself across its website, pitch decks, proposals and sales conversations. The audit identifies what is consistent, what is not, and where the brand reads as undefined or conflicting.
The output is a written document: a summary of findings organised by theme, a short list of the areas where the brand lacks definition, and a one-page direction-setting note for the leadership team. You receive this at the end of week three, followed by a handover call.
What is included
- Initial context call to understand your business and market
- Review of up to four document types (website, decks, proposals, other)
- Written findings document with specific observations
- One-page leadership note with direction-setting observations
- Handover call to walk through findings and answer questions
Best for: Companies uncertain about whether their materials read consistently, or preparing for a significant market moment — a relaunch, new service line, or entry into a new segment.

Tone of Voice Guide
2 weeks · S$210 · One-off assignment
A two-week engagement producing a tone of voice guide for your company. The document covers posture — the underlying attitude the company communicates — sentence rhythm, vocabulary preferences, words to avoid, and a worked-through example rewriting an existing piece of company content into the new tone.
The guide is written for the people who will use it: in-house writers, marketing leads, or external freelancers. It is practical rather than theoretical, with examples drawn from your actual existing content.
What is included
- Initial call to understand your company's culture and communication context
- Posture and sentence rhythm guidelines written in plain language
- Vocabulary preference list: words that fit, words to avoid
- Worked rewriting example using a piece of your existing content
- Handover call to answer questions from writers and marketing leads
Best for: Companies with in-house writers who produce inconsistent content, or organisations onboarding agencies and freelancers who need to write in a consistent voice.
